Refund Policy

At Amin Halal Food, we are committed to providing our customers with quality halal products and a smooth, reliable shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds, cancellations, and shipping fees. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Delivery and Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders over 16,300 yen qualify for free delivery, except for Okinawa, where free delivery is not available.

  • Shipping Fee: For orders below 8,500 yen, a delivery charge of 1,200 yen will apply nationwide, including Okinawa.


2. Order Cancellation and Incorrect Address

2.1. Incorrect Address Provided

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and results in a failed delivery and return, the following charges apply:

  • 1,200 yen for the initial delivery attempt

  • 1,200 yen for the return shipping

  • Total charge: 2,400 yen (even if the package is never received)

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout to avoid these charges.

2.2. Cancelling an Order

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it without any penalty by contacting us immediately.

  • If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel:

    • You will be charged 1,200 yen for the original delivery

    • Plus 1,200 yen for the return shipping

    • Total charge: 2,400 yen


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Request Period

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this time may not be eligible.

3.2. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, we will issue a partial refund based on the extent of the damage. For example, if a product is 50% damaged, a 50% refund will be issued.

3.3. Missing Products

If any item is missing from your order, you will receive a full refund for the missing item, including any applicable taxes.

3.4. Expired Products

If you receive a product that expired before the shipping date, we will provide a full refund, including taxes.

3.5. Disliked Products

We cannot issue refunds for products that were correctly delivered but are disliked by the customer. Refunds apply only to damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped items.

3.6. Out-of-Stock Products

If an item you purchased is found to be out of stock after payment, a full refund will be issued for that item, including taxes.


4. Refund Process

4.1. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same card. This may take up to 2 weeks, depending on your bank.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued as in-store credit.

4.2. Refund Methods

  • In Store Credit

Note: We do not offer refunds through any other methods.
